This is probably a silly question :whistling:

But my window washer fluid.. function hasn't worked since I got the car. Interestingly enough, it still has fluid in it..

Anyways, I don't use it, and I don't think I'd use it if it worked! So.. this is an opportunity for weight reduction right?

Is it easy to take off? I was just kinda lookin at it last night--looks like this (stole this from google):

Does anyone ever use their washer fluid? I just figured it was for lazy people that don't wash their car or know how to use a squeegee at a gas station :)

Oh, and are there other components that need to be removed along with it?

I do use mine (only on the 95), and yes technically it would be weight savings but that thing total probably weighs 5 maybe 10 pounds at the most. The washer pump is an easy, cheap swap...

That's true. I just figured since I don't use it, why have it? Just wondering if it would be relatively easy to pitch

It's very easy to pitch for sure.

how?

You do have to remove some of the push clips from the front clip on the bottom as well as the air dam but it's relatively straight forward and easy to remove.

Do you have to remove it to replace the pump?
