2010 Camaro Sightings?

Are you guys seeing a lot of them where you are? I am over here in the WNY area. I have been hearing stories about them sitting at other dealers accross the country but I am thinking that maybe they are selling them above sticker. The cruise I went to on wednesday had 3 SS's there. A local dealer to me, Basil Chevrolet has 5 SS's right now all priced between 32,475 up to 39,530, all of them are manuals too. Another dealer, Paddock chevrolet, has 2 SS's, one is 32,xxx the other is crazy at 43,xxx-must have every option or something. Yet another one has 3 SS's (West Herr Chevrolet)one of them being an Inferno Orange one that just arrived. All of them seem priced reasonable to me, most are low 30's. West Herr even has a silver ice V6 for 24,095 which is dirt cheap.

I just stoped in the other day and looked at and Traded in v6 for 45k

There is a v6 at the dealer but I didnt see a price. Another V6 was at a show I went to saturday. It was black with aftermarket wheels and looked lowered.

Havent seen a v8 car yet.

EDIT: I guess a fourth SS showed up at the cruise I was at and went down the track. It ran a 9.45 but the owner was just messing around.

They are selling good over here. My friend Tim has a yellow one. My friend Mike has a silver one, my friend Bill has a red one, and my friend Kenny has one ordered which won't be here for 2 more weeks, he got some weird options though. His is black, with charcoal hood stripes, charcoal side stripes, and an inferno orange interior. Weird.

I've seen quite a few aound here. I've seen 4 SS's and 1 V6.

My buddy Mike bought his SS I think for $33,000 or something like that. He paid sticker for it. Its an auto too.

They are all over on Power Tour. Hot Rod Magazine is actually taking a group photo of all of the 5th gens in Bristol in the morning.
Before the tour I had not seen a single one driving. They look really good in person.

I believe all of the dealerships in KC have atleast one. I've only seen three on the street though. All black sadly.

i've seen a one V6 in wichita and i saw one out in the middle of no where on my way to podunk kansas about 3 weeks ago. i'm sure he turned and watched as i went by... cut out open and i was flyin low!

other than that... i really havent seen that many cept what yall post.

Back in mid-may, they were just brought in a batch camaros at the Budget car rental in Boston. I saw a yellow, orange, black, and red. All V6's.

All thats around my area (Lincoln,NE) is 2 V6's. More Challengers here actually. I really expected there to be a lot more Camaros on the road by now.

You can pick them out in a crowd, thats for sure.

Seen a bunch so far. Just saw a yellow one with the "Camaro" banner across the top of the windshield in my town today on the way home from work.

I have been on camaro5.com for a while just lurking and it seems that there's a shitload of dealers out there price gouging them. Trying to sell 2SS's for $51,000 and crap like that. That just sucks! All of the dealers near me are selling at MSRP, not a penny over. They are selling very well over here. I constantly check the inventories, and they are turning over very well. A local dealer brought a 1SS model, blue, M6 to a cruise night, and it sold that night for 32k.

I saw a black one driving on I-69 north of Indianapolis last December. It must have been a promo car or something because they weren't out at that time.

I just saw an Inferno Red one with black stripes last week down here in Mississippi. It looked sickening.

As for the prices, yeah they will vary according to what each dealer wants to mark up. But thats to be expected. Right now the 5th gen Camaro is one of the hottest new cars on the road. If you were a dealer, you'd be a fool to offer such a high demand car at a near cost price.
