they definitely change the look of the car thats for sure! oh and the dead hook! thats always a plus. the 315s look pretty sick as well. and from the rear they look nasty on my car. now i just hope my truck has enough cajones to pull my car to KC.

its the 4.8L with the heart of a 6.0! haha the 3.73s and the 5 speed help... but also hurt when i have to go slow... hard to slip the clutch going up a hill... clutch got hot, learned really quick not to back it up a steep driveway! lol oh well this whole experience is a live and learn experience. I just hope i dont shread my 10 bolt! what kind of 60 foot did you get when you were just stock rockin the 10 bolt and DRs?

Your truck's 4.8L shouldn't have a problem.

chevy42083 ---- haha ya i know i get that all the time... great deals and great colors came together on those purchases! lol the trailer is my dads, so i cant take credit for that one. Are you bringing the S10? i had a marroon one in highschool, miss the mpg...

KSSMYWHTSS--- whats going on? i hope my clucth makes it, thats really the issue. It got a little hot trying to back the trailer up my drive way. dumb idea idk what i was thinkin, but i realized it quick and just had one of my roommates push it up with his hemi. it was a very humbling moment... you gonna bring the SS to the shootout?

haha thats pretty good! and i bet.. man you have had some crappy luck... but it will get better! I'm scared to even drive my car right now, for fear of breakin it. i still need to test my nitrous with the window switch lowered and a degree put back in, but idk if i will.

i dont know what kind of 60 foot to expect? 28 inch MT but no stall... it really likes to just be flashed. it leaves hard but i dont know how it will do. i haven't been able to test it yet.

Whats the car run NA? Might be to big a tire for NA, should work good on the gun

i dont really know. it has a best of 13.1 with a 2.3 60ft. that was awhlie back on a bad tune and 3.23s on bald ripken raptor tires. Now its got a decent tune, 4.10s, LCA, adj PHB, relocation brackets, TA girddle, heat sleeves on all the plugs (no more grounded out for me) and a 75 shot. what do you think? i think i should be around 12.5 NA and maybe 12.0 on the juice.

Looks like he has new MT 275/60-15s but I think a 28" tire might be too big for his car. It will hook great but he may be shifting right b4 the traps instead of pulling through

it was like 109ish i think. cant remember and cant find my time slip. ya they are the mickeys 275/60/15.

It IS a good looking setup.

Unfortunately, no truck won't be coming. It's still torn apart for the LS1 brakes and the trailer deal fell through. Just don't have the cash for a rental trailer on a chance of racing it for the first time in 5 years.
