I hadn't posted in a while. They have got me pretty busy at work and I have been busy with other stuff as well, but I thought I'd take the time today to post this:
I had a little incident at work today. Some old man in a brand new 2500 Dodge 4X4 "couldn't see" my parked car. You couldn't even tell his truck had hit anything. It was pretty much one tire on that thing that did all this. I was very lucky that he admitted guilt. There was no one around when I came back from lunch and I was storming around the parking lot looking for orange paint on someone's car when he came up to me. He could have EASILY kept his mouth shut about the whole thing. The bright side is I just bought some ZR1's so I'll have fresh paint to go with them. It will probably be awhile, though. I don't know when I'll be able to find the time to fix and re-paint it.

It pretty much sucks, but his insurance is taking care of everything. I just had to have something like this happen the week before the Shootout. Looks like I'll be pimping the girlfriend's CTS up to KC. I do look forward to seeing everyone there and having a good time reguardless. Just sucks I won't have my car up there. All that was left for the trip was one last detailing.
