The "Pro" designation refers to the either the clutch material being more "grippy" or in some units it means there are more clutchs. In that Auburn it used cone shaped clutches that have a more aggressive material on them.

Beware of Auburn units, they are nice but when they wear they do so by shedding metal into the rear end which gets into bearings and between gear teeth. Just something to be aware of.

take it apart and re shim it... lol not hard i did it in my 10 bolt b4 i did the 12 bolt swap then again in my 12 bolt before i did the 9"
