i sold my old pro kit and am now rocking a cut v6 rear spring in the rear. my struts are q1a's all the way around. my question what is the lowest spring i can run without effecting my et's? i liked the height my old pro kit gave but they were not 1/4 friendly imo.

I "think" the bmr's do alright, but won't be as low as the prokit.
Or if Sam Strano has them in stock, i've only heard good things about his springs.

Always. They're geared more towards road racing, but they'll be a lot better spring (in every aspect then a set of progressive springs (*cough* pro kit)

spohn makes a coil over kit for the rear so you can adjust your hight. I have the QA1 coil overs on the front I need to save up and get them for the rear yet.
