what should fuel pressure be running at?

Just curious what should fuel pressure be running at in the average mildly modified LT1?? Just trying to get everything about where it should be before I take my car to get dyno tuned.

if you disconnect the vacuum line the pressure should be around 43.5 psi

that also depends on what your injector duty cycle is and what size injectors you have. you want to keep the duty cycle in the 80-85% range so running the pressure a little higher or lower might be needed to do that.
