I know there is more than 25 people planning to race at the event. As of right now there are only 25 registered with only 8 weeks until the event. That is pathetic!

Im registered! hotel is booked, took off of work. Think I just got a buddy to pull my car down too, and just bought a set of prostars with 275/50-15 MT DRs, new clutch, flywheel,adj master, trans crossmember and gonna delete the AC too.

I dont drive my car when its cold out :laugh:
But it does see alot of street time in the summer, so A/C is staying, little man.

if its 50 out I turn on the heat, if its 100 i still dont use the AC. Makes the car feel slow.

Don't let the tires fool you. It's a "factory" car. All stock motor.

I just ripped out the dash and wiring again. The motors is still out and the tranny is going to gether this week. I just made a sub panel to hold the electronics under the dash. I got a fiberglass dash in the car. And nothing says rase car more then that. So next year I think it is going to be speedglass and a lift off hatch. With a little sheet metel work in the trunk.
But come on and register. We can't leave Tony and the rest of the guys that are making this happen just out there to hang.
Not to mention I puit new tires on the car at the end of the season and I just poked a hole in the sidewall of one of my 28x14.5 QTP's. With only twelve passes on them.

The tire deal sucks but I plan on being there. Just money was tight all winter and the track opons in two weeks so I'm just venting. But I have a lot of work to get done.
You may even see me before the shootout. I hope to be on the track in 2-3 weeks. I want to get some solid passes on the fogger before the shootout and I start leaning on it. I also plan to make it to Byron sometime early this year.

im still tryin to make it im waitin for a call from the machine shop heads will be ordered soon cage goes in soon rear and suspension also. i wont have much time to TnT the car but oh well. so im hopin to still make it

im registering this weekend also. i dont have wipers on the car so im limited to the bracket class :disagree: should be a solid 12.40-12.30 car for the shootout on the stock motor :metal:
