Calling all Fellow Webmasters

Would those of you with personal car sites, or non-personal sites even, be interested in setting up a section where you can say submit your sites banner and grab banners for others sites? Kind of like a group link exchange? (hope that makes sense). I could see it help in driving traffic to those with smaller sites (*coughlikeminecough*).

If this is a stupid idea, please fell free to tell me. :D
