holy cow,this one has been beaten to death!
i followed this one to the T and did a little extra fab work,so far 2 tenths and 2 mph gain over the ugly moroso cai total cost was 60.oo best mod price wise!

I used one but since I have a Ram Air Hood I really did mine differently then most would.

here is mine that is basically finished. stock radiator and clears the stock ss hood.

Old thread, but does anyone know of a list of parts I could find to do the lid conversion on a 97 Formula with the non Ram Air hood?

I'd like to do this mod and then down the road get one of those hoods that has the LS1 style Ram Air hoods. That would be badass.
