Autometer gauges custom cluster

Will splicing into the factory sending units work for the electic oil pressure, water temp, voltage and fuel level gauges??

Probably not, but I could be wrong. AFAIK, most of the aftermarket stuff works on a 0-5v scale. Not sure of the factory gauges.

I've read of people just splicing into the factory senders on them but i just want to double check!
