could you get me the serial number on the SR500? odd question i know but want to make sure its the right year i want! and is it active or passive pickups?

i got the 4 string version of you 505 (sr500) and its a awesome bass. i really love the year range the 500 may be. I Have SR400 tattood on my right wrist (for my 97 aka my baby).

and yes, both of these basses are awesome, but over the few years i have had them i have lose interest in playing. lol more time is spent putting them back in tune (strings are kept loose when stored).
