has anyone had any experience with these? its a plastic dash pad that you glue on top of the original cracked dash. its supposed to look just like the original in texture.

A buddy of mine has one in his dodge. You can see the edges. Looks ok if your not looking too close at it.

Aren't the actual dash pads around $180 from the dealer? I would rather spend a little extra and get the real deal.

Yeah its like $180-200 from the dealer, had to get one for the Hawk since someone decided to stack things on my last one when it was out of the car (Im not going to say any names, but Paps....)

They should have one, took no time at all to get mine when I worked there.

When I bought the Camaro my Lt1 came out of, I took the dash pad out of that one, it had a somewhat new one that wasnt cracked. But I havent bought one from that seller.

I think you are probibly better off buying one used. I had to part out a 02 Camaro SS over the summer that was in a pretty bad accident, and suprisingly the dash pad was in great condition, and I sold it for $75.

You wouldnt think the dash pad in this car was in good condition, but it was...

Good deals are out there. Check around on some forums and/or junkyards.
