Addicted to diesel

As some of you know, I recently bought an 01 Ford F250 7.3 powerstroke to pull my new ridiculously big trailer. I just put a custom tune, cold air intake, and MBRP 4" turbo back exhaust on the truck, and OMG! I was told it was going to be a night and day difference, but holy shit! I wasn't expecting that much of a gain. The truck feels like a rocketship now, I think I'm going to take it to the track this friday and see what it runs. I am definitely pleased with the results for just an exhaust, intake and a tune lol.

Saw that awhile back. I think the shock factor would be worth it alone.

Wound up leaving two black marks infront of a buddies house tonight. I was trying out the smoke tune, which was a little underwhelming, but it was worth it when I heard the tires spinning lol. Me likey ALOT!

The main problem with the smoke tunes is spiking the EGT's too high. I know guys who leave it on the smoke setting all the time can have problems melting pistons from the extreme temps the extra fuel cause. I've only tried it a couple of times, mainly just to see what it would do, and it was very underwhelming. I got a puff of smoke when I first mash the throttle and after that it cleared up. not too upset though, that one was a shits and giggles option. I have to play around with the other tunes, but for now it's staying on the street race tune because I wanna go fast!

it's slow cause it's a 6.5 and not the 6.6 duramax that we're all thinking off.
