I have been looking through the build stories and then the vendors we have here as I am looking to build a nice NA 355 toy.

However when I look at our vendors compared to those who have bought and built the prices are quite different...
So where are you guys getting your stuff?

I would like to have my compression around 10.8 to 11.5 and I want to do an NA 355 to mate with my LT4 heads, cam, IM etc. I have also been trying to find the thinner head gaskets that can be trusted (As well as just your basic gasket kit for when I do the rebuild) and where the mentioned Clevite (SP?) Bearings most rave about can be found.

Also any thoughts on whats best for just a fun NA daily that at max may see a 100-150 shot in the years to come. I would pref to daily drive it and I will drive it hard every so often... :metal:

Thanks for the help!

First off, I am not a sponsor just an employee of Wiseco Piston.
You can always give us a call, talk to brian or keith in auto sales, we carry k1 cranks and rods, plus the obvious pistons for good prices, if you tell brian you are a ls1tech guy, he will usually come up with a good deal.
Again, I am not trying to sell you anything or promote Wiseco Piston, just giving a little help.
Thanks,
Steve
