But anyways... My name is Eric and I drive a '97 SS. I've had it about a year, but it's my third LT1 so I know a fair bit about them, but I hope to learn more. :D

13.95@96 missing fourth. :( I had multiple 14.1-2's at 102, and my best 60' was 2.3 (I've only got 15 or so passes under my belt) so I know my car has more in it. Doesn't matter because I've got parts coming in for a cam swap soon. :secret:

I had 2 LT1 Z's before the SS. I love it. It's lowered, has leather, drives soo smooth. Other than a few f-body flaws (throwout bearing is loud, etc) it's an excellent car.

If you want something to cruise and look good in, get a SS. If your wanting a street/strip car, get a Z28.
