According to Alldatapro.com (have a shop subscription) all of the injectors on a 5.7L LT1 should test somewhere between 11.8-12.6 Ohms at 68F to be in the "Good" territory. Your numbers could deviate slightly due to being tested at a different temperature.
Now, they have been wrong before (Ive personally found stuff/typos and told them to fix it) but it would seem that half your injectors are completely shot and the other half arent bad, but they arent good either. If anyone else with a shop/this type of shop information database could chime in to clairify, that would also help.
If it was me, Id pickup a new set.

Correct Fixxer, they are done. On top of high readings, you don't want them to fluctuate between injectors.
I have Bosch Design III drop in replacements, flow matched sets, with viton o-rings installed for $189 for the set plus $7 shipping.
