Ok I was driving in the pouring down rain. had no choice. And my car just shut off and when i would restart it it would start but not drive are rev past 2000 rpm. and had to have it towed home So The next day i took my intercooler and all the intake tubing off to find it soaked with water in my intercooler, all the tubing and themass air flow sensor it all. And my intercooler for my procharger is located directly underneath all my pulleys had no where else to put it prolly why this happened! So i let it all air dry and put it all back together today. And it startred up and actually drove now. Sigh of relief right i thought. But now my fuel pressure gauge is sticking at 39 psi and it is bogging out bad every time i give it gas in gear it just putters out like its not getting enough gas? But it revs up fine when its not in gear? Weird? I don't know what to do now? Should i take some carb cleaner to my throttle body and clean all the carbon out of it as the water could have loosed it all up? Are maybe it could be a spark problem? I could change my spark plugs? Im stuck on what it could be? Any help would be very appreciated. Thanks a lot guys

Fuel Filter replacement may help. Then recheck pressure at the rails. Also pull the vacuum line off the FPR and see if fuel leaks out. FPR diaphram may have taken a dump. IF all else fails move to spark related issues.

I agree with Jaysz on all accounts. Especially with vacuum.
If all of the previous suggestions don't go anywhere, try ohm testing your injectors, could be one stuck open, there is a video of how to do it in the sticky.

I'm reading 39psi on my Fuel Pressure gauge inside my car I have in gauge pod. For some reason. It bogs out when i give it gas like its not getting enough fuel i think? Also i tried hitting gas all the way today and it was only making 2 lbs boost on gauge so I'm guessing it is a fuel problem I duno? I had everything installed by a professional I am very new to all of this I really wouldn't know how to do what you said to do. If you could expalin more in detail i would greatly appreciate it. I would rather start learning to do things on my own then keep having to pay my shop to do everything all the time it gets rather quite expensive! But i do appreciate the help.

I had this same thing happend when my car was supecharged. It actually turned out to be my Maf that got messed up when water shot through it. Try unplugging the maf and see if its still doing the same thing. Remember everything was fine until everything got wet. Unless you were having fuel problems before then I dont see why you have them now.

Yes everything was fine why I don't understand? I also relocated my MAF right next to my intercooler which is next to my air filter underneath the engine bay. MY MAF was soaked when I took it off along intercooler and all the tubing. So if I unplug it how is that gona make it run better should I leave it un hooked for now on? Are am I gona have to buy a new Maf

OK not 100% sure....but he wants you to disconect the maf for only testing.....if good put it back...if bad buy a new one.....by disconnecting the maf our pcm will go into speed density mode for a lil bit and will not use the maf for readings ...there for if you disconnect the maf...and your car runs better....bad maf...and buy a new one....if it runs the same....plug the maf back in and move on to something else....again i hope im right ...if wrong please guys correct me.

You are correct TSAEB. Also, if it turns out to be the MAF, DO NOT buy an Aftermarket MAF, they are terrible.

yea so I unpluged my MAF and took it for a drive and it didn't bog at all? Weird so I guess the water did damage my MAF and its broke now? But when I unpluged still have it unpluged by the way it idiled at 1100 instead of 900 and ran hella rich I could smell gas very strongly! I also put pedal to floor in second gear and I was only reading 2lbs boost im suppose to have 8lbs but since I put in a whole new motor in 383 ive only been getting 4lbs max at 5400 rpm. I need dual walbros i was told. as I was still gaining hp/tq at 5400rpm was max I could go due to fuel! I read 504 rwhp 505 tq on dyno? Also can I drive with maf unplugged are will it mess with my tune? And which maf should I buy? I guess ill take a picture of mine and post it

Stock MAF is your best bet. For fuel, dual walboro's will work, or I offer a full line of Weldon pumps from 500HP to 2000HP if you want to go external.
