Help with a window . . alignment/sweep?

So my window sweep on my passenger side window kept popping out when I was rolling up the window . . So I did a search on here, read that the clips go bad. So i ordered a new one (pretty sure I installed it correctly) and the damn thing keeps doing it. . . . .

Could this be that the window is rubbing to hard against the sweep ? ? ? Is there some kind of way to align these things?

Any help is appreciated :D

I've never dealt with the problem (hope I never will), but you might take a look over on shbox.com and see if Rob has any insights for you.
