how strict is tech? do you litterally have to have everything? SFI bellhousing, trans blanket, in date harnesses, fire suit etc, ET liscense?

No kidding. I had to do the best I could with less time to work with than last year. We have to be done by 4:00. Last year we had the track until 5:00 at KCIR. Had to squeeze it a little. It may be spread out more than you think. I left a little room at the end of the day for unexpected occurances. Guess we will see.

We don't know how strict they will be. I can say from past experience that they are typically a little more forgiving at private events. Just come as prepared as you can.
The open time trials portion seems a little tight with only 1 hr 15 min allotted, but otherwise the schedule looks "normal". Just depends on what racers are trying to accomplish during that period.
We may need a little more time for 1st round of eliminations, and then after that cut is made the interval will be long enough to get all cars down the track. Or, in other words, I hope we get the car count up to where a half hour is not enough for 1st round.
The one thing I would ask Tony and Kyle is to not let the track rush racers through the last couple rounds. I think the staff at KCIR were in a hurry to get home last year and I barely had time to add fuel inbetween the 2nd and 3rd rounds last year. And for 4th round, Gump and I had to agree to go on strike together before our final in Mod NA so that he could ice down his car and I could check my broken diff - it still turned so I still ran the car  , but we had to both agree to ignore the tower for about 10-15 minutes to do what we had to do.
I wish you would cut one qualifying pass to give more cooldown time in later rounds. Everyone could do with that not just the Gump!

Me too. My only hope is to tree someone. The only way I am going any rounds in Mod. PA is if you red light, Kyle spins the tires and Taner can't make the call due to too much Molson.:jest:
......Taner can't make the call due to too much Molson.:jest:
Is that possible? If so, I'm buying!!

Well, set up a poll then. If the majority will be happy with only two qualifying runs, we will change it.
