2 years with the 503 and heads, and I just installed the nitrous this spring. The car loves the no2 with this combo and made 90 RWHP with a 100 shot so the heads flow really well.

Last year I ran 12.4 @ 118 mph, but I could not get the car to hook even with the Nitto 555R's, but my car is lowerd so it's not the best for drag racing. It should run high 11's with that MPH if I could get it to hook. I havent tried it with the no2 yet but i'm sure I'll get into the mid to low 11's. I like this combo but it's time for more power so I think this winter I'll build a 383 with a GM 847 and my heads and hit it with a 150 shot and see what happens...LOL

I can buy a 60 LB tank here for $300.00 and the local racers are transfering it from the 60LB bottle to the 10 LB, by putting the 10 bottle in a frezzer and wraping the 60LB tank with a waterbed heater and heating it up to 1100 psi and hooking the two tanks together and filling the small one by weight. Sounds crazzy but most have been doing it for years.....:D

thanks im hoping to pick up a CC503 and get it in this winter, with some heads and 58 TB...let me know if you pull that one and sell it...

I hope you mean you made an extra 90RWHP on the 100 shot. Otherwise I'd be wondering if you were running a lawn more engine in there or something. Still, most people I've heard running the sauce usually put down more HP than the shot they are running (ie: make an extra 110rwhp on a 100 shot). Just saying maybe you have more in it yet.

I've been told 7, 1/4 mile runs. But I think it only about 5 to get constant pressure.:hmm:

Rough estimate is 100 shot for 10 seconds uses about .8 lbs

I was pulling only 2 degrees and running autolite 103's with my 100 shot.

but I also mixed in a couple gallons of 100 low lead. Smells purty.
