need a little help you guys and this is something that the average mechanic would know but this is my first car and i decided i would save some money by doing the after body shop repairs on my own. But i would like to get a write or just simple instructions on what i need to do in order to successfully change a 93-02 f-body radiator because mines was cracked after the wreck. help would be appreciated and also, i would like to know the steps involved in changing a tierod end and possibly a inner tie rod.
thanks, Brian

radiator- drain coolant, remove upper rad. support, remove cooling fans from rad., remove hoses from rad., remove trans cooler lines on right side(i believe), be careful nothing gets in trans. lines, pull up on radiatior to remove.
tie rods are a little different story i would recommend getting an alignment afterwards most do checks for free and the inner tie rod you need a specialty tool to remove and install. outter is pretty simple, loosen locking nut on the outter tie rod, remove cotter pin if app. remove nut from outter tie rod on the spindle, hammer on spindle untill rod frees, spin off tie rod. hope that helps a little if you havnt done it yet, kinda old post.
