Wow. Let me read all that again......Okay. Not trying to be a smart ass, but puncuation (using periods and what-not) can go a LONG way.
I'm boosting about 12psi on a huge supercharger...and I'm probably going to make about 650-700 at the wheels once I'm tuned.
My fuel system is this: (2) Walbro 255's in-tank, stock hard lines, replaced plastic lines with Speed Inc's stainless braided kit, 82# injectors. I'm using an aeromotive regulator, but that's because it has 1:1 boost reference for my setup. Unless you HAVE to have another regulator, stick with stock.
There's no reason to put AN fittings on your rails, plumb them in parallel, run huge stainless line from your fuel tank all the way up, etc. The stock hard lines are good to at least 750 RWHP, if not more. Several people around here pull it off with no problems.
If you're worried about your stock plastic lines, just get Speed Inc's kit. It's $155 right now on their site. As far as fuel pumps, a single walbro 255 should be enough for you, unless you're talking about big nitrous or forced induction.
