passenger side rear turn signal not working? anybody help?

i have a 94 t/a with the ls1 tails. to make the story short the passenger side turn signal in the tail is not working. the drivers side is fine, i push down on the turn signal lever and the green arrow flashes and it works. when i go it for the right turn signal it just stays on, no sounds, no click, no work it just stays lit up. if i manually move it up and down it will work tho. i just replaced all the bulbs and still nothing. could this be a relay issue or what? thanx in advance

check all the bulbs on that side. if the bulbs are good check the grounds.

i would bet its the ground. i had that happen in our van. had to make a new ground connection
