Well I broke the stock ten bolt last year so I got another 10bolt this time with 3.73s instead of 3.42s. Also removed the rest of the HVAC system (already had the compressor and condenser gone) so that was probably about 60lbs.
Best pass from last year:
DA: ~ 300ft
60ft: 1.543
330ft: 4.842
1/8th: 7.570
MPH: 87.134
The pass yesterday looked like this:
DA: ~ 2100ft
60ft: 1.530
330ft: 4.808
1/8th: 7.596
MPH: 88.356
Last year with the 3.42s I would leave it in 2nd since it was shifting into 3rd right at the traps. Now it shifts into 3rd in plenty of time before the traps which is why the MPH increased. The first chance I will have to run it in the 1/4 will be late April at Pinks All Out.
