Finally got it all figured out.
Here's a 92, with a pretty big cam, won't disclose too many details, as the owner may not want me to.
But, there is/was a thread about SD tuning, and this is open loop SD, so thought I'd post it up.
Car runs great. Driveability is awesome for such a big cam. AC works good. Idles at 1000 rpm, with or without the AC on.
Just figured out how to use youtube LOL.

PS, tell me how the audio is for you guys.

Thing sounds mean, the audio is rather crisp, about as good as its going to get with a camera. I wish he would have just gunned it!

I hope my car sounds half that good with my 230/236 cam

It actually came out smoother than I thought it would. It's something like a 258/264 on a 106. Something crazy like that.
You can drive it around at about 14, 1500, in any gear, with very little buck and surge. It took quite a bit of work. It's fairly rich at those load/rpm levels, and the timing is cranked way back at the same points.

Reminds me of the local dirt track cars.

OMG that is a HUGE cam. Wow. Nice job with the tuning for sure. What kind of power did that thing lay down?

Not sure the owner wants me to post results. It fell a bit short. The owner built it himself, and thinks he knows what changes need to be made. He picked it up, he's going to change somethings, and then we'll try again.
I can tell you he was shooting for 500rwhp, and it's well over 400.
It was on a mad climb, and nosed over about 6200, when it should have ran right to 7000 on the stock PCM.

Float?
That's what he thinks. Doesn't look like VF on the graph to me though.

That one was the only one running. There was only a couple people here that day, and no other cars were running.
The green TA you can just catch a glimpse of the back end of, is a SC Lingenfelter built car. 383, SC, road race suspension, roll bar, etc. Very nice piece. 10 year old technology though.

Hyd, but with limited travel Morels, and very strong springs.
You're right though, it does sound like a solid.
